I am a philosopher, researcher, writer and editor working primarily on Nietzsche, Heidegger, Existentialism, Ontology, and Contemporary European Philosophy. My current research focuses on questions of animality and power.
My doctoral research examined Nietzsche’s animality. Alongside academic research, I have worked across philosophy, literature, journalism and cultural programming. I have written and edited for, predominantly Dutch philosophy- and literature-related publications and websites, published philosophical interviews and reviews.
This website brings these different parts of my work together. It functions as a portfolio of some of the writings I produced over the years. The archive therefore reflects a broader and sometimes less academic body of work.
